This is the Privacy Statement of The Hendrick’s Hotel (hereinafter: “we”), Chamber of Commerce 58868186 and having its registered offices at Prins Hendrikkade 139, 1011 AS Amsterdam, VAT number 853215820B01, which are applicable to all services of The Hendrick’s Hotel and every use of the website www.thehendrickshotel.com and underlying web pages (hereinafter: “website”).
The Hendrick’s Hotel respects the privacy of our customers and business partners, and treat personally identifiable information provided by them as confidential. We will collect, use and store such information with all due care and diligence, in accordance with all applicable laws in The Netherlands.

- stay as a guest at hotels

- Security Systems: When you visit our properties, information may be collected about you through such properties’ closed circuit television systems (CCTV), electronic key cards and other security systems.

- Age Limitations: The Hendrick’s Hotel does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person under the age of 18. The Hendrick’s Hotel may collect personally identifiable information from people under the age of 18 as part of the guest registration process, but always with the consent of such person’s parent or guardian.

5. Does The Hendrick’s Hotel transfer information outside the EU?
Any data processing is held within EU borders including processing by our Third Parties. If any of our Third Parties will require, for any reason, to transfer information outside EU borders; the request will be examined by us, The Hendrick’s Hotel.

7. How long will The Hendrick’s Hotel keep your information?

In particular, we apply the following retention period for personal data:
- Personal data of customers/prospects/business partners: as long as the user is active and, at the latest, 5 years after the last contact with the user.
- Personal data of candidates (recruitment): time needed to process the application and, in case of a negative outcome, 6 months after the last contact (unless the candidate agrees to a longer period).

- The right to information on the processing of your personal data

- The right to access, rectify, delete your personal data
