CHECK-IN

 


Check-in time is at 03:00 PM, however if the room is ready earlier you can already check-in. We unfortunately cannot guarantee the room to be ready before 03:00 PM. But your luggage can be stored in our secured storage room and our staff is more than happy to assist you with suggestions about the city.

CHECK-OUT

 


Check out time is 12:00 PM (noon). We are happy to store your luggage for your convenience if your travel plans are later in the day.

DEPOSIT

 


Upon check-in, a deposit of €100 is required. This can be done by cash or by credit card and will be returned after check-out. If the hotel house rules are violated, the deposit will not be returned.

BREAKFAST

 


We offer a healthy breakfastbuffet and a selection of sandwiches and pancakes. The cost for breakfast is €17,50 per adult and €12,50 per child up till 12 years old, if you book the breakfast in advance.

Breakfast is available every day from 7:00 AM till 11:00 AM. 

LUGGAGE STORAGE

 


Luggage can be stored in our secured storage room before check-in and after check-out if needed, free of charge.

PARKING

 


The Hendrick's Hotel unfortunately does not have its own parking spaces, but there are several options for parking:

Street parking

There are parking spaces available on the street. This is €7,50 per hour and is only recommended for very short parking. It is possible to load and unload your luggage in front of our hotel.

Parking garage

Across our hotel is the parking garage Oosterdok (address: Oosterdokstraat 150, 1011 DK). Parking in the Oosterdok garage costs €37,50 per 24 hours. When reserved in advance (can even be on your arrival day) there is a discounted price of €25 per 24 hours. Please be aware that there is a limited number of parking places with the discounted price and cancellation is not possible.

The garage has 24-hour security, charging points and is 10 minutes walking distance from our hotel. It is possible to stop in front of our hotel to drop off luggage. For more information you can also visit their website: https://parkingcentrumoosterdok.nl/mededeling/english/

Valet parking

Our valet parking service will drive your car to a private parking garage and will pick it up on the day of departure. You will not need to worry about parking anymore. The costs for the valet parking are €40 per 24 hours (for a minivan or bigger, please contact us for the price). Reservation for valet parking is required. Please contact us if you want to use our valet parking service. Please note this service is only available from 07:00 AM till 10 PM. 

EXTRA BED

 


Not all rooms are suitable to prepare an extra bed. We charge additional costs for preparing an extra bed. An extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel. Please contact the hotel for the possibilities.

BABY COT

 


The maximum number of cots allowed depends on the room you choose. A child’s cot us upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel. The child’s cot can be prepared free of charge.

PAYMENT TYPES

 


The hotel accepts cash, credit card payments (VISA, Mastercard) and debit card. It is also possible to pay in advance with iDeal.

ACCESSIBILITY

 


An elevator is available for all floors, except for the 4th floor. In front of the building there is a small staircase of 7 steps. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

The Hendrick's Royal Sky rooms are located on the top floor and are reachable with elevator and stairs. The elevator goes till the 3rd floor and the last floor only by staircase. 

RATES POLICY

 


Rates are subject to service charge and government tax.

There are two main categories for our rates: flexible rate plans (with a free cancellation period), and non-refundable rate plans.

  • Our flexible rate plan offer flexibility, in case there are uncertainties. Cancellations or amendments are without charge if this is done within the free cancellation period. Payment can be done upon arrival. Please note that a guarantee (in the form of a pre-authorization of pre-payment) is needed.
  • Our non-refundable rate plans are with discounts and pre-payments are required. Cancellations or amendments are non-refundable.

SMOKING POLICY

 


There is a non-smoking policy throughout the hotel and there are also no smoking areas inside the hotel. We ask our guests to smoke outside.

DRUG POLICY

 


Drugs and drug use is not allowed in the hotel.

PET POLICY

 


Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
