Hotel house rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you follow our house rules:

Deposit Policy

  • A deposit of €100 is required at check-in, with a credit card or in cash.
  • If a pre-authorization has been made before your arrival, it will be used as the deposit at check-in.
  • After check-out, the deposit will be returned provided that the house rules have been followed.

 

General Rules

  • Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is until 12:00.
  • Registered Guests Only: Rooms may only be occupied by registered guests. Outside visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.
  • Quiet Time: Please keep noise to a minimum after 23:00 (11 PM) to respect other guests.
  • Respect: Treat hotel staff and other guests with respect at all times.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

 

Safety and Conduct

  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel, including guest rooms and out of the windows.
  • Drugs & Illegal Activities: The possession or use of drugs, as well as any illegal activities, are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal from the premises.
  • Fire Safety: The use of candles, open flames, or tampering with smoke detectors and fire safety equipment is strictly prohibited.

Care of Property

  • Cleanliness: If the room is left excessively dirty, additional cleaning charges may apply.
  • Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay.

 

Valuables

  • A safe is available in the room for money, securities, and other valuables.
  • The hotel is not liable in case of theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

 

Lost & Found

  • Items left behind will be kept for a period of 2 weeks and can be returned upon request (shipping costs may apply).
